Corrosion Analysis allows the contractor to limit the maintenance tasks on reinforced concrete to the areas where it is really required. The Canin+ is the fastest instrument for corrosion analysis, offering a practical, cost-effective approach to the investigation of reinforced concrete.
The Canin+ combines two methods for corrosion analysis of concrete in one instrument:

  • Half-cell corrosion potential method: accurate field potential measurements aid in detecting active corrosion in rebars.
  • Concrete resistivity method: the instrument measures the specific electrical resistivity of concrete.

This combination of potential and resistivity measurement improves the information about the corrosion condition of the rebars.

Variations of the Canin+ are available depending on the accessories selected: 

  • Best corrosion analysis in areas below 20m2:
    Canin+ rod electrode for potential measurements
     
  • Best corrosion analysis in areas between 20m2 and 100m2:
    Canin+ with 1-wheel electrode for potential measurements

    4-wheel electrode for potential measurements
     
  • Best for complementary diagnostics:
