The sophisticated Equotip 3 Automation Package facilitates the integration of NDT automation into quality management systems and into (semi-)automated testing environments. This real time monitoring tool ensures accurate production and improves productivity. To check if the hardness of metals lies within certain limits, the Equotip 3 can be linked to NDT automation control / data systems through the PqRemote software package.

  • Data transfer: Ethernet, USB, RS-232
  • 2- and 4-byte ASCII commands plus parameters, device sends answer
  • Interface header file and DLL (PqRemote library) for MS Windows (e.g. XP, Vista)
  • Access to low-level protocol and ASCII remote commands (e.g. Linux)
  • Special cable with 5-pin DIN connector exporting alarm signals for external hardware control.
