New talent on board at Proceq and Tectus Dreamlab

Proceq SA and Tectus Dreamlab Pte. Ltd. announce the appointment of four new key members to its teams. The Tectus Group companies continue the search for talent and specialists to support their ambitious roll-out of cutting-edge technologies and testing solutions.
At Proceq, the team has been strengthened with the additions of Beat Marbacher, Acquisition Manager & Head of Sissach branch, Sonia Girón, Head of Marketing and Jens Rauschenberger, Head of Optics, all Swiss-based. At Tectus Dreamlab in Singapore, Daniel Chong has joined as Head of Software, leading the leading the Proceq and Tectus Dreamlab software teams and solutions software teams and solutions.
Beat Marbacher joined as Acquisition Manager and Head of the Sissach branch. Beat will be responsible for day-to-day management securing continuity of operations during the integration process for businesses acquired by Proceq. Beat has an extensive background in the adhesives, coatings and electronics manufacturing sectors. He brings experience in sales, business development, change management and digital transformation to his new role at Proceq.
Sonia Girón joined as Head of Marketing. She is a senior global marketing specialist who thrives on a challenge. Among Sonia’s responsibilities are product launches, communication around the digitization needs in the testing industry, and organization of major events such as the Proceq and Screening Eagle Global Summit 2019. Sonia has international industry experience in inspection and information technologies, additive manufacturing, aerospace and construction.
Dr. Jens Rauschenberger joined as Head of Optics. He will be working on a number of projects currently underway, both in Switzerland and Singapore. Jens has a PhD in Physics as well as a Diploma in Physics from ETH, along with experiences in laser technology and start-up businesses.
Daniel Chong will lead the Screening Eagle and Proceq software teams with locations in Singapore and Switzerland. He will take responsibility for the system architecture of the cutting-edge cross-platform apps in the engineering and construction sector, including the Screening Eagle inspection and asset management platform. After graduating with a B.Sc. and M.Eng. in Computer Science from Cornell University, US, he gathered 20 years of experience in tech industries with core experience in mobile and software development.
