Dynamic Proceq culture attracts talent

June 15th, 2018

Proceq has become a magnet for many talented managerial and technical staff, as well as graduates. The company is broadening its portfolio beyond traditional NDT and this year has an exciting program of product launches in the non-destructive testing (NDT) and optical inspection products space.

During the past 18 months, Proceq has recruited a number of team members who are now helping to drive the digital future of the business. One such new arrival is Isaak Tsalicoglou who joined the company as Head of Product Management last October: “There are three main reasons why I joined Proceq. The first and second are that the company is committed to pursuing growth by challenging long-held assumptions of its industry and competitors, and is focused on creating customer value through technological leadership. Thirdly, being able to contribute to shaping the company's entrepreneurial, dynamic culture of teamwork and collaboration is of great appeal to me.”

Isaak continued: “I really appreciate the environment of experimentation, responsiveness and individual responsibility. There are many exciting developments underway. I am delighted to be contributing to the company's industry-leading digital and diversification agenda for example by shaping the product pipeline, the future of the product management team and the way we work together across functions to shape highly-performing products of Swiss-Made quality in short time-frames.”

In March this year, Stefan Vögeli joined Proceq as Deputy Supply Chain Manager. “For me, it was about finding a new post within a progressive business which had real growth plans. Having previously worked in organizations where IoT, AR and VR were just topics for discussion, it’s exciting to join a company where these digital strategies are already being incorporated into the product range – with still more developments in the pipeline. When this comes along with helpful colleagues and a great working environment, this is the perfect scenario for me and I am already working alongside supply chain members to implement several digitalized processes such as the tracking of entire material workflow, from materials received right through to dispatch, along with document workflows. I look forward to contributing to the continued success of Proceq.”

Proceq CEO Ralph Mennicke said: “All of our new team members are already playing a full role in Proceq. Their input is shaping not just the company’s future, but also the future of the NDT market. With yet more product launches in the near future, we continue to seek talented and committed individuals to join us on our challenging digital journey.”

Marcel Poser, Proceq Executive Chairman and Tectus Group CEO commented: “We have learnt from experience that major investment in outstanding people drives successful businesses. This investment will continue, not only at Proceq, but also within other Tectus Group companies.”
