New top non-destructive materials testing job appointments at Proceq

Global leader in portable measurement solutions for non-destructive materials testing, Proceq, announces new appointments which will strengthen further the company’s investment in the business – and in the highest caliber staff.

Schwerzenbach/Switzerland, October 3, 2017 – Proceq has confirmed six new appointments, along with the creation of a strategic new role within the business.

As of October 1st 2017, Isaak Tsalicoglou will be appointed Head of Product Management, based at Proceq’s Swiss Headquarters. Isaak has an engineering degree from ETH in Zurich and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne. He acquired an impressive track record at ABB and Hilti in harnessing new technologies to drive business growth, as well as in leading teams to success.

Also joining Proceq on the same date is Gunnar Schröder who will be taking over responsibility for the Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia (EMEAR) region along with digitization of company processes for sales and marketing. Gunnar has 15+ years’ experience in the successful development of businesses, customers, processes, organizations and brands, as well as expertise in B2B, high tech capital goods and industrial markets. His often innovative approach to sales has created high achieving teams.

Isaac Heng has just taken up the post of Senior Manager New Product Commercialization based in Singapore. He brings with him a background in specialist NDT technology with Olympus, and experience across a number of industry sectors. Isaac has an established history of delivering dynamic business growth and of developing and leading highly successful teams.

Also Malik Kayous, another portable non-destructive testing specialist in advanced flaw detection solutions, will join the EMEAR sales team. With his engineering background, Malik has built a long track record in GE, Alstom and TWI, and will now further strengthen the company’s capabilities to support advanced tomographic solutions.

Meanwhile, Dr. Teddy Loeliger who was appointed as Co-Head of Technology in February 2017, now takes full control of the post with immediate effect, as Head of Technology.

Cengiz Tugsav Küpҫü, will join Proceq on October 1st as Group Leader Electronics. A Master of Science graduate of Middle East Technical University Ankara, Cengiz comes with a solid track record in heading digital design and sensor groups and projects, in various industries and countries. He will lead a team of electronics and sensor specialists, including also recently joined EPFL Lausanne graduate Dr. Juan Sebastián Rodriguez Estupiñán who brings comprehensive knowledge in multi-domain system design in both academic and industrial projects.
